​Josiah Miller has worked in the tree care industry for 15 years, starting off as crew hand for Spring Tree Service, the founding company of Tree Cutters LLc. Since the first day he started Josiah Miller Immersed himself in his work, quickly mastering every aspect of tree care services. From "Roping"( a form of tying knots and forming pulley from a rope to hoist sections of a tree and lowered down without scaring the lawn.), climbing trees for both trimming and removal, to heavy equipment such as cranes and bobcats. Truly a "jack of all Trades" man Josiah Miller has shown many times how valued he is to the industry. With the tree care industry constantly growing and so are the request of our clientele. ​Contact - Normally a call from our hotline or Email will notify our Company of your issue, Our Live Operators will schedule you a appointment from a tree care team lead, or if requested a ISA certified Arborist( arborist have a service fee) to come out and inspect the tree or listen to potential clientele tree care needs. With a hands on inspection of the needs of our client are address our team lead will give a bid of service, while explaining what is needed to complete the work.

Approved to Work - After our client accept the bid of service, we then schedule a time to meet for service later that week, during a time best suited for our client. We do offer emergency tree removal( however the pricing is much higher and offer no discounts, unless during a storm).

Day of the Job - in the time frame schedule our tree crew along with a Tree care Team leader will arrive and  begin work. Any issues or questions can be addressed during the job if necessary. If a weather for the day where to change to hostile weather like heavy rain or storms, our providers will reschedule for a later time. Please understand the reason for this is for our workers safety, we value their lives, and weather conditions add to many variables that may lead to accidental property damage or up to death.
